"Thanks to the involvement of permanent and integration employees, the recycling center has improved its public reception with adapted and pleasant facilities for all.
We have shown courage and determination to face a change in operations.
We have focused on operating horizontally, with the help of external structures through an audit in 2023 and a Local Support Assessment in 2024. The process is not over, and we plan to continue the support in 2025.
My determination to succeed remains unwavering, and I thank all those who are working towards this goal, both the early volunteers and all those who have helped us since.
We have improvement projects in mind to make everyone's work easier and meet the ever-increasing demand from the public. The work is underway and will continue throughout the year.
This year, we are celebrating the association's 10th anniversary; we are counting on you to participate in this. event.
